When will I get my order?

Memorably Simple offers shipping within the United States. The shipping time is usually 7-15 days. However, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do occur, such as weather delays, etc.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you believe the product you received has a defect, please send a photo of the defective product to CustomerService@MemorablySimple.com within 24 hours of receipt with an explanation of the believed defect. You may request a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item.

Can I return a purchased item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to return or exchange your purchased item, no questions asked.
