At Memorably Simple™, every item is made to order — created just for you when you purchase.
That means we don’t hold stock or mass-produce products, helping reduce waste and keep our process sustainable.
Because of that, we’re only able to accept returns or offer replacements in specific cases outlined below.
🛠️ Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Please email hello@memorablysimple.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
You do not need to return the defective item.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because all of our products are custom printed when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

Buyer’s remorse or dislike of the fit
We encourage you to review our size charts and product photos carefully before ordering.

📦 Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact us.
We’ll help you track it down or arrange a replacement if the carrier confirms it was lost.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued for verified printing or fulfillment errors.
Once approved, refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
